Planned actions

The research is carried out in two phases:

  1. Descriptiveexplanatory phase (1st and 2nd year)
    • Task 1. Bibliographic review
    • Task 2. Statistical collection and analysis (administration of questionnaires for data collection).
    • Task 3. Conducting focus groups with key informants, teachers and students to analyse the results obtained from the questionnaires.
    • Task 4. Identification of successful pedagogical practices based on the results obtained: preparation of a synthesis report.
    • Task 5. Description of successful pedagogical practices identified in Task 4.
  2. Implementation phase and transfer of results (3rd and 4th year)ç
    • Task 6. Elaboration of the pilot plan and the specific project for each school:
    • Task 7. Implementation of the pilot plan: The teachers of each school will be responsible for implementing these actions, while the research and project team will systematically collect evidence on the implementation process.
    • Task 8. Evaluation of the pilot scheme
    • Task 9. Elaboration of a proposal for transfer to other schools.
    • Task 10. Elaboration of a catalogue of tools and successful practices.
    • Task 11. Inclusion in the initial and inservice training of vocational training teachers of contents related to teaching styles and successful pedagogical practices to prevent school dropout.
    • Task 12. Dissemination of the project
